1. Bookings

Online booking requests are subject to availability and are only confirmed once approved by Dinango Lodge and you have received a confirmation with your booking reference.

2. Payment

A deposit is required to secure an approved booking, with the balance payable before or on arrival. Banking details are sent with your confirmation. Please use your booking reference as the payment reference.

3. Cancellations and changes

Please tell us as early as possible if you need to cancel or change your booking. Cancellation terms, including any refund of deposits, are confirmed with your booking. No-shows may be charged.

4. Check-in and check-out

Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out by 10:00 unless otherwise arranged. Guests must present valid identification on arrival.

5. House rules

• Respect other guests – please keep noise down after 22:00.
• Guests are responsible for any damage to rooms or property caused during their stay.
• Only registered guests may stay overnight.
• Smoking only in designated outdoor areas.

6. Restaurant reservations and events

Table reservations are confirmed by our team. Event and conference bookings are subject to a separate quotation and agreement.

7. Liability

Guests use the lodge facilities, including the pool and grounds, at their own risk. Dinango Lodge is not liable for loss of or damage to personal belongings. Activities offered by third-party operators are their responsibility.
